CLICK HERE to watch the short video that goes over the basic operation of the cannon. Your cannon may look the same or different but the operation is exactly the same for both of the cannons we offer.

Watch the whole video first before attempting repair. All of these are very quick and easy but it's helpful to have context and know things to look for first.

Broken Pieces troubleshoot

This video shows how to troubleshoot and reassemble a garden hose connection using quick-release parts. It explains how to detach and reattach broken or missing pieces, use a wrench if needed, and replace the quick-release adapter. If anything leaks, just tighten the specific part. Everything should fit together like a standard garden hose setup.

POWER PROBLEMS

Having power issues? Make sure the cannon is turned on, check your power strip, test the outlet (look for 2 green lights), and press the reset button if needed.

LEAKING PROBLEMS

If you see leaking, first try tightening the threaded parts by hand or with a wrench. If something's broken, replace it using the spare parts in the toolkit. Most issues just need a simple tighten—no need to take everything apart.

INSIDE THE TOOL BOX

Find essential spare parts, basic tools, a heavy-duty on/off valve, and leak fix supplies—everything you need for quick cannon fixes and smooth setup.
